MLS Entry Only

We offer MLS Entry Only services for the entire San Francisco Bay Area.  This service is for experienced sellers  who would like to list properties for sale without the assistance of a real estate agent.  MLS association rules apply to entry-only listings.

Listing Agent

Entry Only listings may not be represented in any resulting transaction by the listing agent, the services below can not be provided by the listing agent:

       (1)  Provide buyer's agent with any additional information regarding the property not already displayed in MLS,

       (2)  Accept and/or present any purchase offers procured by buyer's agent,

       (3)  Advise anyone as to the merits of any purchase offer,

       (4)  Assist in developing communications, or presenting counter-offers, or

       (5)  Participate in negotiations leading to the sale of property.

Lockbox

Associations require the placement of an electronic lockbox on any property listed on the MLS where a lockbox will be used for access.  If the seller wishes to show his/her property by appointment only, an electronic lockbox is not required.
